pataka02I have survived my first year of grad school... which still surprises me. And I haven't flunked out, which is also of the good, but we'll see how next year, which will be even more challenging, goes. But for now, I'm pretending it doesn't exist...
and instead, y'know what does? TELEVISION! MOVIES! NOVELS THAT ARE FUN TO READ!
Gah so excited! Even though a good number of my dvds are left at school, and not at home. Oops. We'll see how it goes though... Burn Notice and Leverage are coming back!! I can't wait. And I should probably suck it up and TRY to watch the newest Doctor Who, which I've DVRed, but I'm kind of dreading it.
So far, I've just been sleeping and recuperating and I finally saw "Up" last night, which made me cry like 900 times. I don't know how I would take my niece and nephew to see it... not that they could understand it now. Though my niece has started walking! They're coming in a couple of weeks so that'll be fun as well. And exhausting. They're more tiring than school.
Anyways, I guess this is my "Yay, Summer!" post... I've missed LJ.
