Feb. 7th, 2008 02:27 pm So I'm finally watching the "Beyond the Gate" specials that are on the season 7 SG-1 dvds (I'm still in season 7 in terms of watching eps I've missed...), and I found it kind of amusing.
In other news, the vet wasn't horribly concerned about the dog, which is good... he doesn't want to resort to a 'scope or anything. Instead he offered two options: change his food because he might have developed a food allergy, or give him a Pepcid with each meal. I'm gonna go with the Pepcid, because we changed his food to the sensitive system a couple years back, and I honestly don't think it's the food because that's not what he's throwing up. So we'll see.
I love my vet, and all the people who work there -- they're so nice. Especially since now I need help carrying my dog in (he's 65 lbs and too old to get in and out of the car without some effort or falling), and I have a bad back and am not supposed to carry him around. And I like that they give practical advice of what to do with him, and don't try to snowball me with horribly elaborate medical procedures which aren't always helpful. (I had a vet who once did that... he totally sucked.)
On another note, I'm tired of winter.
